We are listed on several public rental sites. Booking through those sites will increase your rental fee due to fees charged by those companies.

Rates

We named the rooms after members of the Metcalfe family that have spent most of their lifetime creating memories in the house.

Casey's Room
This cozy room has a bunk bed with a restored wooden dresser and desk, and a doorway to the living room so parents can keep an eye on the little ones. Kids only in bunks. Baby bed can be added to this room.

Cory's Room
This light-filled room has a king-size bed in a room decorated with memories from Nell's life and family.

Nell's Room
This room has a full-size bed and a cozy sitting area.

Rates

1-6 persons: $135/night
Contact us for weekly or monthly rental information. 


Monthly Rates

Call us for rates for monthly rental rates.  Our rates depend on length of stay, number of people in the house and how payments are made. We do not quote monthly rates without knowing these factors.  Our monthly rate is based on short term occupancy rates. 

A 2.5% fee is charged for rentals longer than a week using PayPal or a credit card.

Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 11 AM  

Cleaning fee $75 for renters. One half of total balance is due to hold our house. The BALANCE OF RENT is due one month (30) days before your arrival date. If reservation is made within 30-days of check-in entire payment is due.  We are open to special circumstances and will review request. Monthly rates depend on this review.

*Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates above can change according to the season and peak demand periods. Fill out reservation form for quote on a monthly rate. We will send you an invoice after you have filled in the reservation form on the Contact Us page. An energy surcharge may be added for longer stays and will be calculated in addition to the rental rate. 

Our Home

While suitable for any traveler, the home is perfect for families who need affordable, flexible and friendly lodging. You can relax on the porch, nap the afternoon away, or sit and watch the horses and if you are lucky, you may even see deer, all from your chair on the back deck. You may even cook to your hearts content in the well stocked kitchen or on the gas grill.
